Alana is a certified coach, spiritual counselor and wellness expert with over 10 years’ experience. She has made it her lifetime commitment to help guide others to find their peace, passion and love for life. Alana is currently in the process of obtaining her Ph.D in Metaphysical Sciences. In addition, she has 10 years sobriety and is skilled in dealing with helping others face the demons of addiction – in all forms - and gain the tools needed to achieve long- term sobriety.
Her most passionate inspiration comes through helping others fall back in love with themselves thru healthy choices and self-exploration. She enjoys helping others re-discover food, while encouraging and empowering to eat with conviction and integrity, not only to themselves but to the planet that produced it.
